These Terms govern all purchases in the ZION eShop operated at shop.zionterranova.com and related domains. By placing an order you agree to the Terms in force at the moment of purchase.
a) All product listings are informative and the seller is not obliged to conclude a contract for limited or sold-out stock.
b) The purchase contract is formed when the seller confirms the order by e-mail (order acknowledgment).
c) The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and billing details. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation.
d) The seller reserves the right to contact the buyer for manual verification in cases of atypical or high-value orders.
a) All prices are listed in CZK and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
b) Accepted payment methods: Stripe card payment, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (CZ/SK only). Bank transfer orders must be paid within 5 calendar days.
c) For COD shipments the courier may charge an extra handling fee according to their tariff.
d) The seller can request advance payment for custom-made or premium artefacts.
a) Standard carriers: Packeta pickup points, Packeta courier to address, or free local pickup by appointment.
b) Indicative lead time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; handmade items can take longer.
c) Risk of damage transfers to the buyer at the moment of receipt from the carrier. Always inspect the parcel immediately.
d) If the buyer fails to collect the shipment, the seller may re-ship at the buyer’s expense or cancel the contract.
a) Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.
b) Notify the seller via e-mail and send the goods (unused, undamaged, including accessories) to the company address.
c) Custom-made products (engraving, personalized pieces) cannot be returned unless defective.
d) Refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method, after the goods are inspected.
a) The statutory warranty period is 24 months for consumers and 12 months for business buyers unless stated otherwise.
b) Report defects via e-mail with photos/videos if possible. Include the order number and description of the fault.
c) The seller decides on the complaint within 30 days. Valid claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
d) Warranty does not cover wear, improper handling, or damage caused by external events.
a) Every completed order can earn ZION loyalty tokens as published on the product page.
b) Buyers may enter an existing ZION wallet; otherwise the seller generates a temporary wallet accessible via QR code sent by e-mail.
c) Tokens remain in escrow until the mainnet launch. The seller keeps internal ledgers of all allocations.
d) Token rewards are a voluntary loyalty benefit and are not refundable or guaranteed to appreciate in value.
a) ZION does not run a token sale. Tokens are distributed through mining rewards and DAO bonuses.
b) Nature of Tokens: ZION tokens are utility tokens for the ZION network. They do not represent equity, shares, or ownership in the company.
c) Delivery: Mining and DAO allocations are reflected on the Mainnet and migrated to the MainNet upon launch (targeted Dec 31, 2026).
d) Risk Warning: Crypto assets are volatile and high-risk. The value of ZION tokens may fluctuate significantly. Participation is at your own risk.
e) Restricted Jurisdictions: Services may be limited or unavailable in sanctioned jurisdictions.
a) The seller processes personal data solely for order fulfillment, accounting, and loyalty programs.
b) Data is stored securely and shared only with processors such as payment gateways, carriers, or accounting partners.
c) Buyers have the right to access, rectify, or erase their data, as well as the right to portability and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.
d) Detailed GDPR information is available on request at privacy@zionterranova.com.
a) The Terms follow Czech law. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably; otherwise they fall under the jurisdiction of Czech courts.
b) The seller may update the Terms as needed. New Terms apply to orders placed after their publication.
c) In matters not covered herein, the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll.) apply.
These Terms become effective on December 1, 2025.
