Every product carries a loyalty multiplier. Once your order is confirmed, we log the matching amount of ZION tokens for you.
During checkout, paste an existing ZION wallet or leave the field empty.
We email a secure QR wallet containing the token allocation.
Once mainnet launches we transfer the tokens to your on-chain address.
Standard orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 working days. Handmade artefacts might require extra curing time—we’ll notify you.
Yes, as long as the parcel hasn’t shipped. Email hello@zionterranova.com with your order number.
We send a Packeta tracking code right after dispatch. You can monitor it via the Packeta app or website.
Contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. If the shipment is lost, we’ll resend the goods or refund you fully.

We currently ship within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For custom worldwide deliveries email us and we’ll find a solution.
